These terms cover your visit to Zuvarex and any tickets, packages or experiences purchased through this site. Entering the park means you accept them.
You are welcome to view, save and print this information for personal planning. Please do not reproduce or redistribute these pages without permission.
A request for tickets or a custom event package sent through the site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Your order is finalized once we confirm the date, experience, price and terms in writing.
We offer limited-capacity experiences each season across Olympus Realm, Candy World, Jungle Adventure, Ocean Quest and our Interactive Arena. If we cannot deliver an experience well or cannot accommodate your dates, we will let you know rather than overcommit.
All prices are confirmed before your visit, and a deposit is typically required to secure your booking. Final payment is due before your access is activated or tickets are sent.
Each themed realm—from the mythic grandeur of Olympus to the whimsical wonder of Candy World—is crafted with hand-finished details. Lighting, colors and textures vary slightly between visits and installations; photographs cannot fully capture that magic. These variations are part of what makes each guest experience unique, never a defect.
We prepare every visit with care and activate your access once all systems are ready. If you encounter any issues during your visit, notify us within a few days and we will provide support, replacements or alternative experiences to make it right.
Custom experiences created exclusively for your group cannot be rescheduled or refunded unless we fail to deliver on our promises, since the experience was designed uniquely for you.
All photography, artwork and descriptive text on this site are the creative property of Zuvarex. Please contact us before republishing—we're happy to share our stories.
Every attraction at Zuvarex is designed, built and tested by our team. We maintain all rides and experiences to the highest safety standards. Normal wear, guest misuse, or accidents beyond our control are not our responsibility.
When this policy changes, we'll update this page and note the date at the top.
